How long is my fractional purchase good?

A: It is good for as long you wish to own it. You are purchasing a legal right and ownership which is yours to sell or pass on to your heirs

Can I rent unused time?

A: Yes. You may rent any part or all of your time.

How much are property taxes?

A: Property taxes are extremely very low at 0.25% of the registered value of the property and are paid annually.

Do I need a passport to enter Costa Rica?

A: Yes. A valid passport is required. Be sure that you have at least six months before it expires.

Do I need a visa to enter Costa Rica?

A: US Citizens, Canadians and most European Citizens do not need to apply for a visa.

What currency is used in Costa Rica?

A: The colon is the local currency. Presently the exchange rate is 500 colones per US one dollar ($1.00). The US dollar is widely accepted.

Which credit cards are accepted in Costa Rica?

A: All major credit cards are widely accepted. ATM machines are distributed throughout the country and will accept many foreign debit and credit cards.
